We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Secretary / Office Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The job holder would perform a variety of basic secretarial duties for the firm, with a principal focus on key office reception functions, as well as basic and specialized office support tasks.

Providing general secretarial assistance to the Office
Being accountable for the smooth operation of the office work, support work and related systems within the Office by organizing and coordinating workflow.
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Organizing and servicing meetings(Producing agendas and taking minutes)
Thorough knowledge and use of all relevant computer software and the ability to help organize data and information retrieval systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required Minimum Qualifications
At least an OND or / Diploma in professional Secretarial and Office Management, Public Relations, Business Administration or other related fields.
2 - 4 years work experience.

N40,000 - N100,000 monthly
