Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos


The front desk officer will report to the admin manager and will work closely with finance to ensure smooth office operations on a daily basis.

Receive clients and visitors.

Provide administrative/secretarial support as and when needed.

Manage office supplies and be responsible for inventory.

Receive and record incoming and outgoing correspondence.


First degree in a relevant discipline.

1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Document control skills.

Customer service orientation.

Schedule management skills.

Effective communication skills

Computer skills including MS Word.

Candidates should reside around Lekki, Lagos.


N65,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
